S2E2: On what it takes to build global brands - Supernova
From their beginnings curating existing beauty products with smaller margins to now having their fingerprints throughout the entire process of product creation down to distribution. Supernova has put the building and launching of global brands down to a science.
About this episode
Emily and Sarah are the women behind the well-loved brands you have seen on Instagram: Skinny Mint, Bodyboss, Sand & Sky, and Coco & Eve. Their company Supernova has launched these four global, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
They're amazing in that they’ve blended their experience in the beauty space, having started Bellabox, a beauty subscription service, and applied that to what we know as online-only, living-in-social-media kind of brands.
