Cancellation Policy

I know things come up, and schedules can shift. I’m happy to accommodate when possible, but to keep things fair and respectful of both our time, here’s my cancellation and rescheduling policy:

📅 Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
  • Paid sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice at no extra charge.

⏳ Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session or don’t show up, the session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Free calls are limited, and I want to give everyone a fair chance. If you don’t show up without rescheduling, I may be unable to offer another session.

💰 Refunds

  • All paid sessions are non-refundable, as I reserve time expressly for you. However, they can be rescheduled once (with 24+ hours’ notice).

🚨 Emergency Exceptions

  • I understand that emergencies happen. If you’re in a genuine emergency, please email me as soon as possible, and we’ll figure out a fair solution.

🤝 Respecting Our Time

  • I prioritise my clients and expect the same in return. If you book time with me, please honour it. This helps ensure that every founder and business owner gets the support they need.
