Tracing the moles on your skin
like constellations
they pepper your back,
tiny kisses of sunbeams.
Memorizing the shape of your face
like braille
they undulate,
little crests of waves.
Breathing in the scent of your neck
like vape
addictive, heady,
hard to break.
This is part of a collection of poems I wrote in 2015. Each was inspired by a song. I have republished a few of them here in their entirety.
